Load test Scalability Index report needs to show CR levels in horizontal axis

Description

The charts for a load test need to include a horizontal axis that show the CR levels for each bar. I prefer the CR level to appear in the horizontal axis if possible. Otherwise there needs to be a legend attached to each chart. See the attached screen shot for how I would like it to appear.
