"Add result directory" button in PCU needs to remember last directory

The Performance Comparison Utility has a "Add result directory" button. Each time it is used it reverts to the current working directory. It is normal to use this button a few times to identify multiple results directories. TestMaker should remember the last chosen directory and open the standard file selector from that directory so the user does not have to navigate backdown into the results directories each time.
