Business User TestScenario Report

A TestMaker user asked:

Can we have an html report giving all details about tests (not test output, but description of test itself) so that these can be put in a website for reviewers? Or, does the tool have a web interface that will allow reviewers to review the tests in read-only mode without having to install the tool on their workstations? Alternatively, do you support converting the script files to human understandable format for business users? On a good business opportunity, will one of these be accepted as a new feature request?
