TestGen4Web Assert-Text-Exists not throwing exception

mvillalobos@… July 3, 2008: The methods that handle the Assert-text-exists and the Assert-text-not-exists didn't threw and Exception, so errors in this type of steps weren't discovered and consecuently not shown in the Tree with step results after a functional test. Now they throw exceptions when they find an error.
